Scoop a pea sized amount with clean fingertips, divide into two and apply evenly to both pits. Reapply throughout the day if needed, or after intense exercise.

• Some people prefer using a little bit more per pit to ensure a full coating.
• It will rub in and dry instantly.
• Pro trip: closing your arm and letting the warmth soften the paste helps with application.

Add this to you morning/after shower/daily moisturizing routine to help you get into the habit of applying deodorant with your fingers.

Keep at room temperature (around 15-25 °C), do not put in direct sunlight as product will liquify, if this happens, place container in fridge for 20 minutes to get your product back to the desired consistency.

• Discontinue if rash or irritation occurs, some bodies are sensitive to high concentrations of sodium bicarbonate, if this is your case, let me know and I can customize your next order to better suit your needs.
• As you make the switch from antiperspirant to natural deodorant there is a 2 week ‘detox phase’ that your body will be going through.
•  The scent is strongest after initial application and will fade to a neutral scent. You are still protected from unwanted odors even after it has neutralized to your body.

Natural deo detox = This is a deodorant and not an antiperspirant, therefore you may still experience sweating. Aluminum is the active ingredient in unnatural antiperspirants to decrease sweating, however it does this by physically blocking the pores in your armpits. If you have been using these products for a long time, the buildup of aluminum can take awhile to leave your system. During the first 2 weeks (approximately) of using Clathryn, you may find that the natural deodorant isn’t as effective. You may sweat more than normal and have to apply more Clathryn to combat the bacteria that cause odor. But once you get past the detox phase you will get to experience the full protection that Clathryn’s natural deodorant paste has to offer. 

Please give it 2 weeks before commenting on its effectiveness. As this natural deodorant production is a science experiment for me, I’d love to hear about your experience switching from an antiperspirant to our natural deodorant, and if you noticed any of the effects mentioned above.
